Hanoi, May 27, 2025
On the occasion of the official visit to Vietnam by the President of France, Mr. Emmanuel Macron, Ampharco U.S.A, an EU-GMP certified pharmaceutical manufacturer in Vietnam, and Servier, a leading French pharmaceutical group with more than 30 years of operations in Vietnam, signed a Technology Transfer Agreement (TTA) at the French Embassy. The signing was witnessed by the Minister of Economy, Finance, Industrial and Digital Sovereignty, Mr. Eric Lombard, and Vietnam’s Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade, Ms. Phan Thi Thang.
Under the agreement, once the Toll Manufacturing Agreement is fully implemented, Ampharco U.S.A will manufacture half of the Servier products distributed in Vietnam.
Ampharco U.S.A is proud to partner with Servier to open a new chapter in collaboration between a Vietnamese pharmaceutical manufacturer and multinational pharmaceutical companies. The agreement not only advances the development of the domestic pharmaceutical sector, but also aligns with the Government’s 2030–2045 Vision to position Vietnam as a center of pharmaceutical innovation.
